Order process and acceptance of your order
When you place an order with us, this represents an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract will take place on despatch of the goods to you. Ownership of the products shall pass to you on delivery to your home, or delivery point, provided that we have received payment for them.
Payment
Payment for all online purchases is through Pesapal.
Items purchased in the store in Hurlingham will require for payment to be made at the time of purchasing the items.
Delivery
Standard delivery from umba.co.ke applies as follows:
Orders placed by 2pm within Nairobi will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
Orders from outside of Nairobi will take no more than 3 working days to be delivered from the day of the order.
